- All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- This is only a quotation and no reservation has been made.
- All rates quoted are applicable for the above group size and period stated, if the size and period is changed, the tour fare will be varying respectively.
- Room is not holding yet, it is subject to availability. If the hotel is not available for your travelling date, we will find similar category hotel as an alternative.
- The rate is excluding high season surcharge. High season surcharge is applicable
- The above package is only an offer and not a confirmation. We shall proceed with the booking only after we receive confirmation your end.
- In case of non-availability of rooms at the hotels mentioned, we shall provide you alternate hotels of similar category.
- Check-in time at the hotel is 12.00 hrs.
- Check-out time is 09.00hrs
- Booking confirmation is subject to availability.
- The above rates are valid for the mentioned period only
- Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check in, reservation needs to be made starting from the -- previous night and Late checkout are available on request and subject to Availability.
- Any change in the Property / Room category or transfers after confirmation will be extra payable
- Any of the service which is not used after confirmation will not be refundable.
Payment:
Minimum 50% of the package cost along with confirmation; balance on or before 15 days prior to your travel date
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 Days & Above : 100% Refund
- 50 - 60 : Days prior to stay - 80 % refund / Adjust with next booking
- 40 - 50 : Days prior to stay -50% refund / Adjust with next booking
- 20 - 40 : Days prior to stay -25% refund / Adjust with next booking
- 10 - 20 : Days prior to stay -10% refund / Adjust with next booking
- 0 - 10 : Days prior to stay -100% Retention Charges
Special note: 100 % Retention charges applicable for high peak time bookings. (Long weekends, Onam, dussehra , Diwali ,X mas & New year )
Note:
As per the government policy, please carry any photo identity proof of the guest for security reasons and smooth check in. Also note that if the guest is non-resident Indian or of foreign origin, please carry the passport (must).
REMARKS:
- Early Check-In and Late Check-Out is subject to room availability at the time of check-in/out.
- The above quote is valid for the number of Pax indicated above.
